This is very likely the same N.J. van Blerk named repeatedly on the Historical Documents and Maps & Charts pages — as a property owner in the 1915 Public Health letters, the subject of the hand-drawn Main Road property survey, and a party to the 1901 Vischhoek water-rights deed.
